Here is the answer to yesterday’s question!
This athlete was Florence Griffith Joyner, considered the fastest female runner. She set a record time of 10.49 seconds at the 100 meter race in the 1988 Olympic Trials, a time that stands undefeated. However, this race was surrounded by controversy as the wind gauge showed a sign of +/- 0, which was near impossible on that day. Though it was validated as an official reading, speculations continued.
