Aurium Daily #41 - Country Rivalry
Today’s topic is a rivalry between two countries!
This animal is often poached and hunted, not for food, but simply as trophy hunting, which is why many efforts have been made towards conserving this animals population. However, in certain countries, the population of this animal has begun to rise too much, and the people are now in danger of being trampled. This country threatened to send 20,000 of these animals to Germany when they proposed placing a ban on trophy hunting imports. What animal is this and what country are we talking about?
Here is the answer to yesterday’s question!
The answer is The Milkmaid by Johannes Vermeer. It represents not a woman milking the cows on a field, but a maid literally pouring milk. This Dutch painting is known for its intimate setting and details on all the clothing. The gateleg is a type of table that opens up to seat up to 8 people at once

As always, the answer will be released tomorrow on the next issue of Aurium Daily - until then, put your answers in the comments!
See you tomorrow!
