Aurium Daily #34 - Unintended Inventions
Today's topic is every day items that were unintentionally invented
This every day item was invented by a scientist at 3M who attempted to develop a strong adhesive, but instead created this pressure-sensitive adhesive material for the aerospace industry. His colleague used this adhesive to anchor his bookmark, and employees of the company began using exchanging messages using this. The product was finally launched in 1980. What was this invention?

Here is the answer to yesterday’s question!
The answer is Zimbabwe, and was known as Rhodesia prior to its independence from Britain in 1980. It was named after Cecil Rhodes, a politician in South Africa and the Prime Minister of the Cape Colony from 1890-1896, and he devoted a lot of effort to the Cape-Cairo Railway through British territory

As always, the answer will be released tomorrow on the next issue of Aurium Daily - until then, put your answers in the comments!
See you tomorrow!
