Aurium Daily #32 - Geometry

Today's topic is geometric curves

This geometric curve comes from the French word for snail, described by the father of Blaise Pascal. This curve is defined very similarly to another whose name references a heart-shaped appearance. Depending on their parameters, these curves can have dimples or loops formed by the curve intersecting with itself. What is the name of this geometric curve?

Here is the answer to yesterday’s question!

The answer is Kamikaze and the term originates in Japan. Kami means God, and Kaze means wind. It was originally created because the “divine wind” saved Japan from a Chinese invasion many centuries ago. The word was changed during World War 2 to refer to suicide bombers in aircrafts, still retaining the relation to the original word as they flew across the world

As always, the answer will be released tomorrow on the next issue of Aurium Daily - until then, put your answers in the comments!

See you tomorrow!
