The answer is Jake Peralta, and he is played by actor Andy Samberg in the show Brooklyn Nine-Nine. The show originally aired on Fox for 5 seasons, and was later picked up by NBC for 3 more seasons. The show follows a team of 7 detectives and 1 assistant under the leadership of their Captain, Raymond Holt
